Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription. Your Pro status will be restored automatically. If it doesn't appear, go to the Pro screen and tap "Restore Purchases".

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Langlino and tap Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also email us at support@langlino.com to request deletion.

The AI Tutor isn't responding. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app. Free users have a daily message limit — if you've reached it, you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited chats or wait until the next day.

Voice chat or pronunciation isn't working.

Make sure you've granted Langlino microphone and speech recognition permissions. Go to iPhone Settings > Langlino and enable Microphone and Speech Recognition.
